DoD's Preeminent Conference on Technology, Programs & Partnerships

Thank you for your participation of The Forum 2007™!

The Forum 2007™ at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes in Orlando, FL was a huge success, thanks to everyone’s participation and contributions.

Nearly 1,000 people attended the opening plenary session with diverse speakers with differing perspectives on UXO, countermine and range issues and their influence in the world. The sold-out exhibit hall opened with a reception to showcase the newest technologies and equipment available to defeat the threat of UXO and minimize dangerous environments. Technical sessions filled the week with education on newly released material. Luncheon speakers each day were well received.

The special Classified Session on IED Defeat Briefing was held on Thursday, August 30, to explore the military’s advancements to protect our troops on the front line. The golf tournament at the beautiful Ritz-Carlton Golf Club kicked off the conference on Monday, August 27 with a challenging course, but friendly competition.

Many domestic and international products and services were showcased at the exhibit, which was the site of many activities throughout the week. We look forward to your participation in the next Forum. Information on the next event will be released as soon as available.
